My name is Erik D. Bair I have been helping Iowans protect their rights since graduating from Drake Law School in 2001.  I practice primarily in personal injury law (car, truck and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, etc.), but also handle estate planning and wills, workers' compensation and criminal law matters.  I worked my way through college while attending undergraduate at Iowa State and then law school at Drake.  While I may not look my age, I am 34 years old and am dedicated to helping Injured Iowans and with personal attention and hard work I help Level the Field between Injured Iowans and Insurance Companies™
